*HEAD MEASUREMENTS:
All head measurements are REQUIRED. If you provided incorrect head measurements and your wig doesnt fit properly, we are not responsible. Please contact us within 48 hours within order plaxcement via EMAIL if you need assistance with head measurements.
PROCESSING TIME:
BUNDLES/FRONTALS/CLOSURES. Processing Takes 3-5 Business Days. Please expect 1-2 delay due to Covid.

*Processing & Shipping Time Are Separate. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING will require the same PROCESSING TIMES (unless ready to ship), this is NOT a rush fee.

*BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH. IF SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS PLEASE BE PREPARED TO VERIFY IDENTITY, THIS IS TO PREVENT SCAMMERS. A VALID PHOTO ID/DRIVERS LICENSE WILL BE REQUIRED ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION AND CONSENT.

Shipping vary depending on the product purchased. Please make sure that during the time of placing order that billing and shipping address match. Any orders placed after 5PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
All orders will be shipped through USPS. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number provided. Delivery times will range between 3-5 business days based off location. Please be advised that once orders are shipped Deuce Doll Collection is not responsible for delivery dates or times nor responsible for the package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, inclement weather, natural disaster, or holidays. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS! Deuce Doll Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with USPS if this happens.** I Highly reccomend adding insurance to your order.
LOCAL PICKUP
ALL LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A COPY OF STATE ID/DRIVERS LICENSE AND A SIGNED CONSENT FORM BEFORE ORDER IS RELEASED. IF ANY REFUSAL ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
Return policy
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. Please ensure you are carefully choosing the correct length, texture, and size before completing payment. If you notice any errors please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will accept an exchange within 3 days after order says DELIVERED! We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair must be in original state. Hair cannot be altered in any way, i.e., brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality virgin hair. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
